Shimano 4-piston (D/N/P-type) brake pads

Shimano 4-piston narrow / D-N-P type (Saint-XTR 4-pot, TRP/Tektro 4-pot)

One pad shape. Any pad sold for this family fits every caliper in it — the compound (organic or sintered) is your choice, the shape isn't.

Search any shop for Shimano D03S disc brake pads

Calipers that take these pads

Tektro and TRP build their calipers to Shimano's pad shape, so the same pads fit — pad makers sell one part for both. Clearance for Shimano's finned pads inside a Tektro and TRP caliper isn't confirmed though: if you're not sure, buy the unfinned version.
